The Leap Cad System (LCS) Concept: Mission Statement

This concept is to facilitate the leap to Green Energy and Energy Resilience by developing a standard computational framework/toolkit to mine and abstract leading edge research into Compact Analytic Models, which can be used with Knowledge Science, Breakthrough Methodologies, Math Process Transformations, and a heuristic explorer of model properites, to facilitate and optimize energy research and innovation.

Leap Cad System - Multi-Displinary Approach

Most R & D is of the deep silo variety.  The literature on research methodology reveals that this is not the optimal method for innovation. The Leap Cad System Concept is to provide a structured, multi-disciplinary, high level thinking, strategy that uses methods known to be optimal for innovation.  LCS creates a Knowledge Science Enhanced Virtual Laboratory of energy design models, abstracted in a re-usable framework across a spectrum of leading edge research, basic models, and models of economic, environmental, and social consequences. Higher level analysis tools are provided for analysis using Knowledge Science, Known Breakthrough Methods, and Math Process Transformations. Continued research and innovation of LCS will advance the LCS methodologies.

The Leap Cad System Goal:
Empower - Provide Tools for Analysis

Harvest Low Hanging Fruit. Our goal is to abstract, make re-usable, and de-silo enough mathematical models and concepts of both basic and leading edge research, along with Knowledge Science tools, such that the development time in one emerging energy development area will be reduced by 20%.
